By accessing or using the Tlodoy mobile application ("App"), operated by Why&Key Group LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service

Tlodoy is a peer-to-peer item exchange platform that allows users to:

  • Post items they wish to give away or trade
  • Browse items posted by other users
  • Communicate with other users to arrange exchanges
  • Manage their listings and profile

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post, including:

  • Item descriptions and photos
  • Messages sent to other users
  • Profile information

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to post content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
  • Contains adult, sexual, or NSFW material
  • Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains personal information of others without consent
  • Advertises prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, etc.)
  • Is spam or misleading

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being listed:

  • Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
  • Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Prescription medications
  • Hazardous materials
  • Live animals (except where permitted by law)
  • Adult or sexually explicit items
  • Items that infringe on copyrights or trademarks

6. Transactions and Liability

6.1 No Warranty

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. All exchanges are conducted at your own risk.

6.2 Direct Transactions

All transactions occur directly between users. We are not a party to any transaction and bear no responsibility for:

  • The condition of exchanged items
  • Disputes between users
  • Failed or incomplete exchanges
  • Personal safety during meetups

6.3 Safety Recommendations

We recommend:

  • Meeting in public, well-lit places
  • Bringing a friend to exchanges
  • Inspecting items before completing exchanges
  • Trusting your instincts

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the App or that the App will be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
